As a member of business wealth club ( BWC), I have several perks, the speakers, the information and of course the lovely people who make the meetings run smoothly.
A BWC treat I enjoy is the ever expanding bookshelf that is filling up the office wall.
Before a book or CD set gets to enjoy the view from the wall, it gets read or handed round my business friends ( yes I am known as the business lending library).
Recently I was introduced to the young Brendon Burchard, who belies his years with the wisdom and content of his The Millionaire Messenger.
Its sane, common sense advice presently differently and with a generosity to others that I have not previously read about.
I learned two things before I was past chapter 4, that have been put into action in my own business:
*If you are unclear of what to charge, ask the person what they would expect to pay (signed up client for 6 day art art school at 30% increase using that sentence)
*Recognise that you are the expert and value your expertise rather than the time element of delivering that expertise ( my 4277 hours of CPD is a valuable resource, and sets me as an expert: re coup some of that investment by quoting the knowledge rather than the time to deliver)
This book is informative, and practical: give it a go
